i think i am going to go with DDM Tuning hid's
it seems like a only kit thats worth the money(so that site says) is the kit from HongKongHID.com witch is 180 bucks...im looking for HIDs to and i think im just gonna try my luck with DDM tuning
Hey guys!!! I got the kit installed and everything works great. I bought the 880's and put them in the regular plastic housings. Will keep this updated on the melting issue...if there is one. I will post pictures here soon also.
I am just wondering if there is a way to just run the fogs at night. I pulled the DRL cord on the driver's side (the one in the heat sink). This allows me to run just the fogs during the day, but when it is night the sensor turns on the lights again. I tried pulling the DRL fuse in the glovebox. When I turn on the car there is a weird clicking sound behind the steering wheel and the lights blink and are very dim. Any ideas if there is a fuse for that sensor or anything? thanks guys.
you unplug the DRL module under the dash on the drivers side for the DRL's.
but you must use headlights at night.
Here are the pics:

They do look slightly more blue in the picture. Must have been dark enough to turn my DRL's on :P
you should run headlights at night. but if you get HID headlights with no high beams, just turn your high beams on a your lights turn off.
Yes.
I had the same thing when I pulled my DRL fuse. I ended up putting a switch on the DRL diode.I pulled the DRL cord on the driver's side (the one in the heat sink). For the auto-on lights, here is the easiest way to disable them..... clicky clicky.
