Im not sure what the lock/unlock confirmation is but i dont have a problem with the lights shutting off...luckly. i live in NY so when inspection time comes around i may just throw some silverstar replacement bulbs in the car and do away with HID all together. installation of these HIDs are suppose to be plug and play...apparently not. i have lights...low beams i hope. the beams were lined up alil lower than a car next to me so i gathered from that, that they are low beams. eventualy i will be taking it back apart and either changing them back to stock or maybe finding a problem with the HIDs that i can fix. like i said before it took me around 8 hours so i wasnt rushing anything. the 9007 HID is advertized as a low/high beam bulb, well then y the hell doesnt anything change when i flick the high beams on. is there a high/low beam controler somwhere that i was suppose to plug that blue plug into? cuz i just plugged it into the blue headlight plug...and left the other blue headlight plug, unplugged.

The hi-beam indicator will stay on when the wires are crossed at the main plug (car to HID harness). You need to remove the pins from the HID harness and match them to the vehicle plug.

This is the #1 problem for those that don't read the instructions.

i did read about that in the forums but it wasnt in my instruction manual from VVME, but if it was i completely missed it multible times(my bad). your refering to the blue plug right, it has the three wires and i just have to switch the two of them and that problem will go away?

Well the lock/unlock confirmation is when the lights flash when you use the keyless entry system. If it is not disabled the rapid release of power to turn the lights on can short out the ballasts

Yes. I swear the 4 year old Chinese kids that package these kits just randomly toss the wires in there.
