if you hydrolock a motor from a little rain coming into the intake then you did something horrifically wrong. water gets in the intake all the time.
A little rain? Say you're driving 65 on the interstate in a decent rain and you have an open hole leading directly into your air filter.... Are you telling me that you are only going to get "a little rain" on your air filter?
