I say paint them white, then think about the inlays. honestly you could do black inlay up front and red inlay in the back w/ a black border.
Both front and rear facias gloss black and getting black inlays
Rear in gloss black and the front in Artic White with red inlays.
Both in Artic White with red inlays
Front in Artic White except Center Bar (Gloss Black) and Rear in Gloss Black with Red Inlays
