    Has anyone done this, or modded it to make it look nicer, say to match the headunit mount kit? I was thinking of replacing the bulbs with LED's that match my dash, & paint the kit to make it look better than the standard grey.

    I tried swapping LED's in the HVAC, i have the digital one.. didn't work, wasn't possible to swap LED's. I have a full Blue LED interior conversion, my HVAC is the only thing still red

    Mine's the regular A/C controls, no display...

    Would be nice to. Even if I have to splice a new wire for the LED to turn on with the dash lighting.

    Talk to this guy. He might be able to do something for you. He does great tedious work for us Monte/Impala guys. It's worth a shot of you really wanna get those LED's swapped out.
