    can the 04 prix fog lights be adjusted up and down.

    As far as i can tell, no they cannot. Your stuck with what you got unless you wanna throw some spacers in there.. somewhere.

    Yes, they can be adjusted. There is a phillips head screw on the bottom of the housing, accessible by removing the housing or by a hole in the bumper directly underneath the housing.

    ok i saw that,but i dont thing i have a hole in the bottom of my bumper its a after-market one,i may drill a hole.

    i think there is an adjustment screw under the bumper if im not mistaken

    im saying i say the screw but it on the the bottom of the fog light itself,and i don't have a hole in my bumper to adjust the screw that's on the fog light because i have a aftermarket bumper.so to adjust it i would need to remove the fog light adjust it then put it back in.Or drill i small hole in the bottom of the bumper to adjust the screw so i would not have to take the fog lights out.
