Well after 3yrs of not having a license plate filler for my bumper because a pickup truck backed into my car at a bar. He lefted me with a cracked filler plate ,which I repaired today, and a dent in the front drivers side of the bumper. So since I had my structural plactic repair glue I decided that I was going to smooth the bumper out.

The second and third mod I am thinking about is taking a mod from the GP world and cutting and smoothing out the lower grille section. SLP used to make a little grille cover that made it look like there was no grille down there.

Third I want slightly bigger fogs so my thought process was to put new ones that keep the oval shape but bigger and more useful. Not sure what car I want to take the fogs out of yet. I saw someone on here that was putting 04+ GP fogs in a 97-03 GP bumper and that got me thinking.

Any thoughts on what I am thinking about?

Why yes of course I did. I wouldn't have passed the ASE & I-Car certification test in auto paint refinishing if I didn't know that I needed to do so.

It was an honest question. Couldn't tell from the photos. Which brand adhesive or glue are you using?

    Congrats on the certifications...good luck.

No it's no problem I didn't take it to heart. I'm using Lord Fusor plastic adheasive. Thanks man.

Boosting98, yea the lower grille cover does look better. But I am thinking about doing something different and cut and smooth it out. I haven't seen any other 6th gen MC yet. Not sure how it's going to look though.

WOW that looks great! I love the 04+ fogs in the 97-03 bumper. Can't wait to see the finished result. I know there is a lot of work in that bumper. I see filled in bumper ribs too right?

Now I have to find something that would look right in my bumper...

I really like that center piece removed.. is there any extra "play" in the bottom portion? or does it still feel pretty stable? That would look nice with a full grill in it.
