Hey guys. I have a 6000K HID kit setup in my stock housings, and the light outpt is brutal. At night, I can barely see the road. Is there a way to improve the light output with the stock reflectors?

Eh, should have just gone to ddmtuning. ****ty kit is ****. Sorry bud. Try re-aiming them though, if not then I regret to inform you, you got ripped off.
Re aim them, also make sure they are seated well, Had a friend that spent about 3hours trying to aim his, and ended up getting all new housings and bulbs to find out the bulbs werent in the socket well.
Im assuming your headlight lenses are in good shape, and not hazed to all hell, so that shouldnt be a problem....
Make sure ALL of your connections are good, especially your ground.
If that fails, then it's probably just a ****ty kit.
I got my kit from VVME.com, havent really had a problem with them yet.
I've had a VVME kit, It was pretty awesome. And I've also had a DDM Tuning kit. That ones pretty good too... Just don't get yourself a no name cheap brand HID kit..

read the part about the distance between the filament and the base.
I thought the $100 precision kit I bought from our vendor here Diode Dynamics would have been proper.... wrong...
