I like what you did with the black, but the outer edge looks like it needs some work. Bring back the chrome and make it shine.

i just seperated the black part from the painted clear part and then i took a pick and scratched all of the paint off. that didnt damage it at all. then from there i painted in the center "+" silver and then painted the rest black and then scratched off the outer border so i could get the silver outline there and then painted the outline. after that i then just used regular model glue to put it back together. i thought about using super glue but i didnt want the foggy haze that it sometimes leave behind to affect anything. so far it is lasting good for me. yes i agree it didnt turn out the best but i thought id give it a shot as to doing something kind of different

ya that s what i was thinking. im going to the junkyard monday and pick up a few. see if i can make it all look better. if te first one turns out good ill post it and then ill even take color combos and then before anything else happens (payment/shipping) wait to see how it turns out and if you still want it. i was thinking like $5(?) to do one? hows that sound?

$5 for a fixed up custom color badge is better than a $20 sticker to put over it. =P

ya i figured 5$ was a good and reason able price cuz to me 10 sounds like way to much for a couple drops of paint.

ya 20 can be steep for those of us on a budget

im thinking your arrowhead was different than mine because when i seperated the arrowhead itself from the black border/background, on the backside of the arrowhead it was black plastic/rubber. the paint wasnt accessible to scratch off

After I read this thread, I took a look at my front emblem. Ended up hitting it with one medium coat of VHT Nightshades, came out pretty good.
