Hello, I have a 2002 Grand Prix SE, and I just bought new headlight harnesses, as the old ones had the whole cataracts thing going on. But I also got 2 Halogen lights. A friend of mine said not to use them, because they will burn up your wiring. The lights are 55W dim and 65W bright, so will they work in my car?

Halogen lights? If they are the cheap "HID" look lights I wouldnt use them.. If you want brighter lights invest the 40 bucks into a HID kit.

Those halogens are what all stock grand prix's use...
