55% is a waste of time and money! I have 5% all the way around and I have gotten 2 tickets in 3 years. ( I live in Alberta) If you wanna try and play safe go 35% on the front doors, It will make a difference, but less likely to have the cops bother you. And do all the other windows the same, if you decide 20% or 5% or whatever it doesent matter in alberta, you could paint over the back windows the only ones they care about is the windshield and both front doors. 55% would be like having 2 pieces of clear glass... a wee bit darker but ont enough to make ANY difference for light and heat!

I didn't get the tint done this weekend :/ I had the appointment and everything but I woke up to this.

Just great. I had to re-book it to next weekend.

    Love Alberta weather <3.

I think your car looks really clean though. Just not dark enough for you?

looks good with a black car. you should get a brow on the front, it helps out tremendously.

the pics make me want to play that game at bars where you have to pick out what has changed haha (tint, fence, snow, green grass, tree w/leaves)

Here's a good idea i got from 2003ssei's car tonight. get bright leds for the interior so when they're on, it looks like your windows were never touched. He has 35% all the way around and they looked clear when his lights were on. So when you see the black & white, just flip on your interior lights. easy.

Sounds like a great idea. I just need to fix a lot of the paint/scratches and swirls. Going to clay bar then wax it next weekend. Going to use Meguiars 2.0 NXT and some Meguiars clay bar formula. That's if the weather is alright.

haha, thats awsome.... and yes, getting a brow does help, I had 20% all around on my last car, and I added a brow like a month later, and it really helps keep it darker inside, and the tint less see-thru
