The pictures are eight miles away and incredibly low resolution. I can't see ****.

They're a quarter of my screen. I can't see any detail.

you never are supposed to mix different kinds or different brands of paint. One time that i used duplicolor paint on valve covers, then rustoleum clear, the clear wouldnt stick and took off the paint.....thing is, try and stick to the same brands of paint when your doing this stuff.

i have always used VHT tint with the duplicolor clear and never had any issues. Im sure if you used VHT tint with a VHT clear (not engine enamel clear) you would be fine.

and as far as VHT being sold at stores, Oreilys is the only place i have seen it at. someone said advance auto did, but idk
Could be the mixing of enamel & lacquer...and vise versa. I think the tint just has to match the type of clear you use. I don't know what the tint is off the top of my dome.

i used rust oleam tint and lacquer and it had a chemical reaction which lifted the tint off the headlight

i've only ever used rustoleum for doing metal parts.

anything else, use VHT or duplicolor or Krylon (plastics)
