    My girlfriend bought them off ebay, just the cheap $40 ones, and I've got the harness and everything. I'm just guessing the ballast are junk. The harness helped a lot, but they still flicker.

    Yea bro be careful from cheap kits. I was in a group buy with a couple of my buddies and we got $36 HID's and they flickered like motha ****a... I sold mine the week I got them..
