IF you waited until you got in the SD bumper kit, mounted it, then fiberglassed the whole thing in so there were no seams and made it look like an aftermarket bumper I think you would be ok. Fiberglass is strong and flexible, so " I " think it would work and look nice. Plus save on buying a new bumper. You would have to go over the inside on the broken areas to reinforce them as well... Keep it from moving and breaking while highway driving.

This is MY non-professional opinion. Dont blame me if it doesnt work out the way I said. Just 2 cent

Fiberglass can be strong but, is not flexable. If it flexes it will shatter/crack. 2 getting the fiberglass to bond with the urethane for a good repair would be really difficult if you have never experience something like this before. You would probably want to use a problem plastic repair urethane or epoxy if you do choos to take that route. But, i'd just get a new bumper wether OEM or aftermarket.

You cannot just hid it witht the sd air dam as it doesn't cover enough of the foglight where the damage is so it would still be visible and the sd bumper would have nothing to be molded to in that section.

Its cheaper to get a new bumper but if you know someone or a shop that has a Plastic welder that Ultrasound welds then do that..I have one but you are in WI..
