I was just wondering if anyone has figured out a solution for aiming the projectors a little higher to the correct height. I've read through all the threads on the headlights and i just still cant get mine high enough. any ideas?

I had to place a couple of small washers between the bottom of where the bracket meets the headlamp assembly on the drivers side. That gave me more turns on the adjuster screw by pushing the light out a little.
k, I'll give that a go, your talking about between the headlamp assembly and the metal bracket on the car right? how many washers did you use.
ALSO does anyone know how/where to get the black bracket that the headlamp housing is connected to? not the bracket thats welded to the car
Unfortunately, the bracket for the projectors can't be ordered separately. I've heard it may be possible to repair it; maybe someone on here remembers what product to use.
I used washers between the headlight bracket (not the metal welded to the car) and the housing. There are four screws holding the bracket to the housing, and a combination of washers can be used to get more adjustment out of both the vertical and horizontal aim. I also used washers between the headlight bracket and the car, but I believe these were more to control the gaps than adjust the aim.
Just be careful with the screws, as the housing is very brittle and it's very easy to strip out the screw holes or over-stress it:
I had mine in the lower screw, which I think put more stress on the upper screw. I used fewer washers after I replaced it to keep that from happening again.
Fortunately, this happened when the group buy was still going on so I was able to order just that side from Spyder. Unfortunately, it cost as much to buy one from the group buy as it does to buy two from eBay now.
