    all the kits are the same..all of them..

    the part that matters is the harness. get a quality harness and everything else will work out fine.

    so a harness like this?:
    3B Specialties : HID Relay Wiring Harness

    is this just plug + play like the HID kit?

    Yeah, the red wire goes to your battery and the black to a ground source ( make sure you scrape the paint well ) but I have hear that if you hook it up to the ground on the battery is better. I don't know what kind of relay you are going to get but mine had 3 10 fuses and one relay. You are going to have to splice into your stock headlight wiring to get the signal for the ballast to turn on.
