x2 the tdc 90* bend was iffy to me let alone a hole in the grill that goes into a 90 into a couple more 90* to get to the tb fukk that shyt....better off going tdc style and taking out the fog light or just run a wizair with the HL out....

I'm not sure if anyone else is really thinkin of this idea or if something has been created. But I had an idea on it that might work if someone still was thinkin of doing this...

In the diagram, the top piece would be mounted to the bottom of the hood and the bottom piece mounted inside the engine compartment. I was thinkin if you were to make this two piece box/pipe when you open the hood, ya you'll see the top piece mounted and would just basically be like a metal chute with a lip that would come down and fit into the bottom piece. The bottom piece would be open with the air filter showing and have a gasket or some type of seal that when the hood was shut would minimize the air leakage.

This was just somethin that I thought of not really full proofed or measurements taken nothin.. Just an idea if someone was thinkin of tryin this idea still that would eliminate all the hard bends and all the other problems that were thought of. Its an idea run with it..

i would say get rid of the fog lights and use those instead, unless you really need them.
Life goes by so fast, so why drive slow.
