So now that the down pours have stopped around here I've finally had enough time to wash and wax my car. I rain-xed it, and shined the wheels and tires too. I know everything is really basic on it right now but hopefully it won't be that way too much longer. Sorry about the picture quality I had to use my cell. But anyway tell me what you think.

Ya I can't decide whether I like them or not. I think if they were different colors then I would like them better. I just would rather spend money on other things right now for the car than getting the stripes removed. I guess the old lady that had the car before me had them put on along with two little pooh bears which I had removed already. But like I said i'd rather put the money elsewhere rather than doing a cheap job that'll look like crap.

By the way, I don't think the pictures do the stripes justice. Being from a cell phone it makes them look sort of ****ty but in person they're not too bad. It's just those stupid colors.

yeah actually i bet 100% they are painted on over top of wax etc.. like bio said, a plastic bondo spreader works good and a lil heat. maybe some acetone to wipe em down and presto crapola gone lol

I asked my auto mechanic who took off the pooh bears for me about that and he said with something like that in the sun you would still be able to see where the stripes were. I personally think that that would look worse since they cover so much of the car it would be real noticeable.

Yea thats a nice ride, Yea dido on the stripping. I don't care for them either. It appears to have a tri color appearence, teal being most prominent. All in all thats a nice car great paintwork ya did a good detail job. If you're interested in getting a good wetttt look wax job, Check out DoDo Juice. heres the web site URL www.dodojuiceusa.com

Sorry, off topic but { For future reference ) how'd you do the thumbnails gallery? I would post pictures and it'd run off the screen and off board's width.

BTW nice car, these stripes are nice IMO.

Thanks for the link. That's some interesting stuff. If it wasn't so expensive I would give it a try.

Thanks, and just scroll down a little and where it says "Manage Attachments" in a blue box click that. Then just choose which file you want and hit attach.

I see you're from Buffalo too, where more specifily?

haha because when you have a sweet car and all people talk about is the stupid pooh bears it gets annoying The one on the back though was hanging from a pinstripe like he was holding on for his life. Thought that was pretty cool haha.

    Anyway thanks again everyone.
