My car was in a hit and run and I am now stuck replacing the passanger side door and rear quarter panel. My quetion is about the rear quarter panel...does it wrap all the way around the front door? Also why can I find this part body part anywhere?

Sorry to hear that, call Ed Morad he deals in used GP parts if you can't find one in a local junk yard.
I will look for his link if you want it. They might have the answer to your question if you don't get it here.
