I have the second set that you have listed. I had to do the fixes to make them not so bouncy, but they look good to me and I have no problems seeing at night!!

The second set looks like the spyderauto lights.
They are the same lights I have and yeah you can tweek them so there is no bounce....it is a mod, all cars are not the same and some fit better than others so don't be discouraged with some of the posts you read on this subject.
You can find them cheaper than what their list price is with HID's included.
