I'm looking put some pin stripe on my GP and I can't decide if I want

    4/16" with stripe-1/16" void-1/16" stripe-1/8"

    -OR-

    3/16" with stripe-1/16" void-1/16" stripe-1/16"

I bought a bunch of reflective concepts overlays and I am struggling at matching the stripe to the overlays. stewartdesign.biz has the above pinstripe in a color that comes as close as I can find.

Any suggestions? Post pics of your stripe please! Any place you can think of that will match the overlay I have to their stripe? What do you think about the 3/16" versus the 4/16"?

    Thanks,

    Nathan

Hmmm, I think the 3/16 but do you want it to stand out or just something subtle?

Well, I am putting the metallic blue ram air decals on my SD hood, have HID's brighter than the sun, metallic blue "pontiac" (license plate and rear bumper) and "GTP supercharged" badge overlays, painted metallic blue rails and front grills with a shaved trunk with a daytona fin on an all white GP.

I'm guessing I'm going for the "stand out" factor, but I'd like something with a little "class" I suppose. I really just want it to look good but I can't decide.

Any suggestions are welcome. Pictures help me decide so post up!

    pin stripes are ugly...

i hate dealerships that put that crap on there and then want you to pay more because they made the car uglier.

Are the pinstripes going to be reflective?
If you put the wider pinstripes in reflective silver on the white then they would still be noticeable and really show up at night when light hits them.
That would be cool and have class.

Yeah, they are a metallic color. I am trying to match them to the ones from reflective concepts.

I'd like to stick to the color scheme of blue and white. I am going to try to photoshop it tonight to see what I can come up with.

I wonder if Reflective Concepts sell the pinstripes to match their lettering, did you look on their website? if they do it might save you some aggravation, just a thought.

hmm.. i would say go with the 3/16" the bigger might be a little too much. im honestly not a big fan of pin stripes but i would do the smaller ones

i vote no pin stripe. my car look 10 time better once i removed what the dealer put on, even there fancy supercharged in script like the pinstripe formed it. make sure you dont have asshole friends or kids who will pick at it while driving with windows open.
