so i decided on an 07 pontiac grand prix from a local dealer as the car i'm going to take to college. i came to this conclusion primarily because it was reasonably priced ($1300, after taxes and license), well equiped (leather interior, sun roof, remote start), and a generaly nice car. but when it comes to GP's, my mom had the previous body style, which i think is a fantastic looking car, but to me it seems like pontiac have activley undertaken to make the car much uglier (no offense, i just don't think it's that pretty of a car.) the front end isn't bad, but a little pointy imo, but the hind quarters are just hideous.

so, question is, does anyone know of any nice kits, or indivisual parts to quetly improve the cars appearance?

if it wasnt an automatic front wheel drive four door grandmas car it would be really nice

pfyc.com has the infeno kit or you can order the SE stuff from the dealer. in my opion the SE looks so much better and flows much better then the inferno.

Get some dual/dual rolled exhaust tips, the SPO spoiler (if you dont already have it), tint (makes the car look 100x better), SPO grills (Also if you don't already have them), and stealth turn signal bulbs so your foglights don't look like eggs. That's a pretty good starting list. You can also paint the calipers the color of your choice and match the lastic on the lower fascias to the body color if you're feeling brave. The SE kit mentioned above looks GREAT!

All of those things are subtle and at the same time will chage the look of the car immensely. Also, I'm not sure if you want to spend much more, but a good set of wheels really sets these cars off (unless you have the 17in 10 spokes, in that case, keep 'em).

good luck and post some pics!

cheers guys and thanks for the quick responses. i'll definitely get some pictures up soon.

carl: i bought it from a used car dealership so it won't have any of the support like an actual gm dealership, but any other pontiac/gm dealership still have the kit?

they will have it, but it will be much cheaper to get the kit through a site like monsterpartsonline.com or gmpartsdirect.
