I looked on several pages, is it custom made or is it on a performance site?

id love something like that since my DIC is basically falling out anyway and the only reason i use it is to turn of the traction control.

i like that alot!!! id just need to relocate the tcs switch. but that looks SICK! the dic is useless anyway, only thing its good for is being able to tell if performance shift (which you can tell anyway because the button will be in more on the handle), and tcs of course, but that could be rigged somehow.

well the pic above has a switch in the far right, assuming its the TCS. but i dont think i would do it cause i like having the DICl, now on the other hand if the DIC could be relocated i might go for it...

Switch in the faaaaaaaaar right? The little yellow button? Thats the trunk pop button in the open glove box.

My 1997 GTP does not have a TCS.

I have considered re locating the DIC to the spot where my pull out ash tray used to be, since I don't smoke, it did not serve a purpose. The DIC is pretty much useless anyway...only think I used it for was for low tire pressure. The rest of its features were just a useless GM gimmick to me since it was not very accurate.

Top red one, nitrous arming switch (on/off)
Bottom silver one remote nitrous bottle valve opener. Push away, open, pull towards close.

Yup, it was nice to glance up and see your in PS on the DIC. Now I just look down at the button and see if its in or not.

I wont go into much detail about what I am planning on doing, but in general I am going to hook up a little tinny red LED light somewhere that will be on, when I am in PS mode.

It will be flush mounted somewhere special is all I am saying.

Side note...some time soon, this dash, center console top section + lots of little carbon fiber extras will be fore sale when my new REAL carbon fiber replacement one is done.

Yeah, how is all that coming along? The last I seen was when you got your steering wheel back.

Well i have decided myself it is useless i just like having something digital in my car lol. But no i wouldnt get rid of it completely. i have the Hud Gauge pod but it only has 2 gauges.
When i finish top swap i will need a few more holes for boost and etc. But i hate Pillar pods...everyone has them, even cars with no mods, just cuase there factory gauges dont work. haha

my car is like an airplane. i wish i had one more spot to put a gauge, but i have to think of somewhere to put it..

    i have:

    - volts
    - oil pressure
    - boost
    - wideband a/f
    - fuel pressure
    - afc 2.2

everything so far is mounted nicely besides the fuel pressure gauge which ill have to find a place to put it. i should take some pictures of my airplane..

...and the CF shift knob, cant forget that.

Its all coming along. Lots of parts are getting done, but the dash is becoming quite a challenge because of all the curves. I might have to settle with some areas not being carbon fiber, and painted black, which I think should look good still, small sacrifice to make I guess.

Yeah, I knew there was another piece. I think that would still look good if need be. Can't wait to see it all done and installed.
