You may be able to use something like a hair dryer to warm up the area. When I put on vinyl graphics I wet down the area real good so that I can get the graphic in perfect position. Once I have that then I squeegee out the water and air bubbles if any then I take the hair dryer and apply it to the graphic so that it gets the adhesive nice and warmed up and continue to work it with the squeegee.
i used a hair dryer... one of them came out good, besides a few edges you can barely notice. and the other came out perfect. looks good!
