Figured I'd share this since I know this is a common problem on our Grand Prix's. There was a thread over on the bonneville club forums where a guy replaced his with some rubber trim. I bought the same and it worked great for me as well. Thread has pics and links to the site to buy it if you want to fix yours too.
That's awesome I've searched for these for years for my 2000 2 door grand prix and can't find any that aren't already broke. My car didn't have them when I bought it did you use any glue or adhesive when installing them?

There is some sort of adhesive inside the trim already. The OP used a heat gun on his to help fitment and adhesion. I did not, and everything has been tight and stayed put so far.
