Hey guys I have a base model 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix.
Just like this one, but without the rims and I have the Fig 4 pc grille polished aluminum.

I am looking for some ideas on what I can do with my car. I wish it were black, but I have to work with the blueish/greenish/gray color I have. Ive seen some grand prix's on here that were pretty unique. I want to get the front bumper painted live I have seen, but I don't know what color to go with and if I have to paint the back also? I have searched e-bay and found some parts like chrome pillars for the doors and chrome strips for the side of the door and trunk. The only problem is that I don't think those chrome parts would fit with the color of my car. Any ideas? If this were your car and you had a chance to mess with the appearance a little what would you do? Rims are obvious, but what else? My windows are also already tinted, any help would be hugely appreciated.

Thats what I think, especially when there is no other chrome parts on the car. I was looking into a new hood, but I have not had much luck finding a decent looking one. I do not feel like messing around with a body kit. I feel like money is not a problem there is just not much to do with it. Its my first car and I have just payed it off, 25k miles on it so I think I will keep it a while longer. I want to give it some class though.

Ive read all the threads that I could find on the SE air dam and the Inferno Hood. So to cut all the bull**** of the 3000 page threads...

Can the SE front air dam be installed without any cutting or mods to the part? Ive heard yes and no.

Anyone know where I can find the chrome 2pc grille for the SE front air dam? If not does the inferno air dam have 2 pc chrome grille for it?

Has anyone ever installed the inferno hood and mixed it with the SE air dam.

Are the SE package and Inferno the only Body mods for 2004+ Grand Prixs

Whats a good name brand body shop to get these things painted at? something like MAACO?

I have the stock 16" Tires/rims right now, if I buy 17" rims will I need new tires??

You guys don't have to answer every question, but if anyone comes across this thread and can shoot my some answers it would help tons.

Anyone Have any of these parts for sale, Also if anyone has any rims for sale I will take those two.

it was the GM parts website, it didnt show a picture, but it was the front air dam. I ended up finding the part of monster parts for about 250$, but I wanted to be sure I had the right one since there were no pictures.

I'm in the same boat. I'm thinking of keeping my 06 GP GT as a summer car, but would like to do some major modifications on it. The hood scoop looks nice.
