I ask because a reliable source said I could and the ZZP photo of the Z7 kit doesn't appear to have one. Also my install didn't mention it. What do y'all think?

    I'd run one.

Its not like its hard to relocate the sensor. Our PCM can use that temp to pulling timing if it thinks the air coming in is too hot, which can help save itself.

I'd run one, same reason FFDP said. Just put it in one of the silicone adapters (like right at the TB)

Thats not that much pressure. Popping out should not be an issue.

Just put a small bead of silicone around it if you're worried about it popping out, though it shouldn't.

SI=Standard Issue? I am unaware of a threaded IAT. Please advise. I really like that option.

Series 1. Also fieros have threaded sensors.

again I suggest against running one. They are horrible at boost applications because of how slow they are.

In my 97 it was zip tied to the throttle body for a while then I redid my intake and put it in the rubber tube I noticed no difference between the 2. Unless you absolutely want to know what your intake air temp is I would just say leave it off.
