Yea i just got all excited when i seen them lol. So is wanting to reach my 450-500whp goal totally possible with the st2 cam and that turbo, or would i wanna go with a little bit bigger turbo or diff cam? also thank you for giving me an rpm range of spool ive been asking a bunch of people and never get any response aside from quick or slow lol

Most from around .60- .8X ar will spool around 3500-4XXX rpm.

The st2 was a special cam.. All the high hp cars in the st2 list are all consistent around 5xx whp

Special as in can't imitate with custom grind or special as in a really ****in good cam? Lol because that turbo kit with a custom grind like the st2 is kinda the setup I'm starting to lean towards.
Also is the l26 top that much better? Because zzp jus told me to run the l36 with the hv3 insert. So I'm jus tryin to decide what will be better for my setup
Also lets be honest will drag radials be enough to hook or will slicks be needed? I have a friend running Toyo proxis drag radials and he says they hook great but I know a turbo build is way more power n harder launches than his s/c build

Special as in it made damn good numbers.

Just run the l36, I don't know why everyone says l26 or gtfo.... Personally, the l26 is kind of a fail in my eyes in some aspects.

For the most part drag radials will be good enough.

Stattama.com has all the cam specs on the site.

I like that the l26 is aluminum and I'm running it with the insert. Nothing wrong with the l36 upper really but I thought I heard they can't handle really high boost.

I doubt that, but if it was said then I can imagine that it was a freak occurrence if it did actually happen where the uim was already damaged.

A good boost range is around 14-20 pounds.

With a cam, yes you will want to spin higher than 6k.

Run the stock 99+ maf with an afc

I forgot about that st3 for sale. Thanks for bringing that up.

Yes, you will still need the afc to scale the maf tables. You can't just do it with hpt

The afc scales how the PCM reads the maf single so that you have more room on the maf. Hpt doesn't have that ability. You should a stock ported tb with the 99+ maf as said above, most have had trouble tuning with the bigger tbs.

The AFC lowers the reported frequency.

Its not a scaling of the maf table.

right i just couldnt think of how to say that matt lol.

i recommend the fixed afc, its easier to tune with. the gauge afc is new and i hadnt heard of it until you mentioned it.

call tep and leave a message if they dont answer, Dave will definitely call you back. he gets really busy at times and can take awhile to get back to emails.
