Holy cow... Off the shelf lunacy!!! I love it!
:)
Update to the build:
I am ditching the Supercharger intercooler and going to full meth injection. I'm considering tapping the supercharger after the TB and injecting there. Another option is purchasing a 1" spacer for between the supercharger and the LIM and spraying there. Which one would you think is best?
Most people go the spacer route.
Keep the IC.
Tap the LIM for the meth.
Then run quite a smaller pulley and run up the boost.
100% Methanol or bust.
Think like a D05~?
Spacer for between the SC/LIM, or tap directly into the LIM (I think I've heard of people doing this for Meth)
I don't think its wise to spray anything across the rotors besides air, so any way to do it after the supercharger would likely be your best bet.
:th_doh: Why can I never beat you Nick? Always same time posting
Why keep the intercooler? If I sprayed the meth after the supercharger, wouldn't it make up for the lack of intercooler?
I was under the impression that the two systems run simultaneously would be better than either one run alone.
I think you would have more efficiency with both.

If I run both, I'm not going to deal with removing the supercharger and intercooler to tap the LIM for the nozzle. Is there really any downside to spraying the meth before the supercharger? A lot of my heat is being generated by the turbocharger, so spraying right after the TB is going to solve a lot of my heat issues.
GenIII blower?
Enjoy the crappy coating...it's also still not getting the optimal temperature spraying post MAF or pre-rotors.
Ideally, you want the spray to be as cold as possible right? Then do it right the first time and tap the LIM, that's all. I wouldn't waste my time removing the IC and spraying the meth because it's like swapping out a press-on pulley for an MPS unit the same size. Different system, same effects. All meth is, is a poor man's intercooler system.
Remove your blower ic, put in meth in lim, then get a fmic for the turbo?
Well some guys say it can erode the coating on the rotors. Its kind of open to debate though. If I were you i would be worried of having the coating coming off the rotors and plugging your intercooler core.

Ok, where would you suggest I tap the LIM so all cylinders get equal spray?
I don't want to lose the power band I have. I have the turbo feeding the supercharger for the full effect of the twincharge. Having long piping for the turbo intercooler, I am afraid of losing some of the instant power.
If the rotor coating is failing, water is only going to accelerate that process.
I vote keep the ic, run a gen v blower and run meth where ever you are comfortable running it.
So are the gen v rotors supposed to be more resistant to meth?

They're more resistant from failing due to properly prepared and coated rotors.
Irrespective of gen type.
Note ZZP gen III rotor packs come with gen V coating.
I just talked to zoomer today about the twin charging even before I read this post now I'm really excited!
Motor let go...not sure what broke yet. My only fear is that my turbo sucked up some metal chunks. I'll find out in a week after finals are over.
