Looks like the Manual Boost Controller that comes with the zzp kits. I have the same one.

i wish i bought that car but no my car is alsoa 2005 n/a grand prix and it also has a turbo but i dint know what was that but now i know thanks lot

Yep that's a manual boost controller. I didn't know he was selling his car.
