WTH are you talking about? First off the charge pipe could EASILY be disguised as a fenderwell intake, and if someone was trying to hide their kit, why the hell would they just put a boost gauge in plain sight? These are definitely things you should think about before posting. kthx.
The problem with rear mounted turbo's are they make too much noise (to hide anything) so everyone already will know what's up. The spooling noises are very pronounced, very obvious. It's a great idea, but you're better off putting a turbo under the hood and just not popping it for people that want to race. You could run a non-i/c'd setup (one for sale for $900... just sayin...) and use meth-injection so you don't have a front mount on the car, which will keep the unsuspecting not suspecting.
