I finished tuning my turbo build in the fall and I couldn't solve my cold start stall/rough idle issue. I was messing with it yesterday and noticed how fast my fuel pressure drops after prime, it goes to 40psi (which correct me if im wrong is low) to 0 in about 5 seconds. This is the first I have really messed with the Fuel Labs regulator and ZZP logs since I purchased them with the turbo kit. I'm not sure where I need to start exactly other than I already plan on replacing my stock pump with an AEM High Flow pump. But from what I've read the pump isn't usually what causes the loss of pressure just my total pressure amount. The pump im using now is only a couple years old replaced with an OEM ACDELCO pump and since then I have done the rewire kit. Is 40psi and adequate amount for 80# injectors? I am running 91+Meth, and could my loss of pressure be due from a bad regulator? or check valve? Any thoughts are appreciated as I am about to start throwing money at it.

Factory fuel system is only 3 bar (43.5 psi), so the prime being 40psi sounds just fine.

If it won't hold pressure, then the regulator or if the pump has a check valve could be bad.
