    only things I can figure are mechanical issues that prevent the Turbo from producing.
    a restriction Downstream of the turbine would be an issue....
    it sounds though like mostly you're dealing with the fact that HP tuners sucks ass with the new cars and since you don't have access to Tiny tuner you can't fix the rationality tables that are f****** you right now

    and if you don't have any pre turbine exhaust leaks or boost pipe leaks.....then is one of the PCM's nanny tables that the new DBW/04+ cars use
