I recall seeing this thing a week before, wanted to play but I decided to stay away and see how fast it seemed. It did a light take off and the thing took off pretty quick. Made me scratch my head and look into it. I thought at first it was a Nissan. Went looking to see if I could find anything similar and nothing. Finally I saw another emblem of the make on another vehicle that made me remember and I saw it was an Infiniti. Looked and saw it was probably a FX45. Since I know a 35 won't even be worth playing around with.
Well fast forward to tonight. Got out of work late and was on the usual route on the way home. Then came speeding (well I was going 40~ and it passed me pretty quick, 55~?) the culprit. I stayed behind until I remembered who it was and got behind it on a light. I saw it was just driving normally until sprinting off. I didn't really want to play so I let it be.
A few blocks down I see it again next to what looked like a Grand Am and it passed it. Decided to play and try my luck. Light was red I took off normally and we came side by side until 35~ and I saw it go and I went for it. I already knew who was gonna win since the car went into 40mph lag mode. I was about a car from its bumper the whole time we went. I let off at about 92~ since well this was on the street and because the fx45 got a car on its lane. He quickly went around it on the opposite way of the road to pass it.
So a loss pretty much but what got me and made me laugh was at the light, I got a glimpse at who was driving. A Chick. A pretty hot one as well...
I had my uncle with me since he works with me and his almost instant response was to get my 86 out of the garage because this GTP is too slow.... We stopped a light and I saw she still wanted to play, she took off and I played along.... Only to get massive wheel spin and me giving up. She took off and I drove home with my Ego hurt.
The FX45 is a VK45DE 320/335 4.5L v8, AWD, 3.69 Gears at around 4500lbs~. Still pretty quick on paper. My GTP is stock besides the Cone filter.
Hopefully I see her around again, I know now not to underestimate her. Still from a Dig she has me beat all day long.
