I put my sound system on Craigslist, it is 2 - 15" AudioQue subwoofers. Pushing about 2k watts (can be bumped to 4800) and he wanted to come take a look and hear it.
So this 41 year old guy came to see it, and he was like oh that's a nice box, nice creating good fabrication I like the subs amplifier, etc etc.

So I said lets hop in go around the block and I'll turn it up a little for you. And I said I'd turn it up slowly as I am not too sure how you like your bass.

I told him I'd start with some rap song (it was by E40) and then go to some rock so you can see all aspects of it (ACDC). He obliged and we drove down the road. I turned it on and it was on minimum and the radio was at about 25 for volume. He said turn it up a little bit, so I turned the bass controller knob to about 50% and he was like "NO STOP WAIT." I was trying not to laugh as I was going to sell my system to him!

He's like lets try some ACDC. I did it and he is like yeah that's a lot better. (Thank God, he's still interested) So we go home and talk about price, he likes the price and then says "I need to talk with my uncle about it before I buy it but I like the price (HES 41! What the heck?!). So I'm like alright whatever. And he goes yeah I'd definitely not listen to rap my ears were like "brrrringgggasdifnoinsd" (<- made some weird noises). And I was just like alright, give me a call.

And there is my KILL story. I will have a picture of my system below.

It is excessive. But I figured I've messed around with 10", 12", and multiples of those, and you go big or go home. So finally I just said forget it and went all out with 2-15"s and ports and the whole deal.

I do not have a video because I know my phone will just make it sound like a bunch of fuzzy but I can take one in the morning and post it to show you what it can do.

I'm distraught. The first person not to be at least a little bit impressed, at least for the creation aspect of it! Haha.

And the seat belt idea would be genius, I'd actually do that except in the process of situating the box, I needed to remove the buckles.

Compared to me, yes. And not most 40-year-old people like the subs, especially to this amplitude to where it can destroy your car.

I will say first-hand, it feels great. If you've never been in a car with subs, this is one you'd want to be in.
