Stop me if I'm being a pain, because that's not the intention at all. RPM limiter wea removed?

the parameters were changed that allowed the car to be downshifted in manual mode...so I would have to say not remove but changed

Did you get the scan of the run? That would be very helpful, make sure you are positive it was that run as well, should see it.

wqhen doing a dyno run you want to have it in 3rd only, to do that you need to put the shifrt to the 3rd gear selection and then you start your pulls in lower rpms, and take your foot off right as the needle kisses redline....

so far it almost sounds like its their fault to me...

And not to sound blame happy, but the bottom line is: It was somebody's fault and because of that, your gonna have to come out of pocket. And let me give you a hint. That somebody is the tuner, or you. Oh and another hint: It wasn't you
