Thread: 99GTP vs. 02 Audi TT

Quattro is offered in both coupe models.
180hp in most TT's
The only difference in the 180hp vs. 225 is remapped computer.
Both are 1.8t's the 180hp map is what VW sticks with.
Audi remapped the ECU to get some extra pony's by upping the boost.

But yes either way they are not "fast" I would say more so nibble and quick than fast.
I would personally go with an s2000 or bmw m coupe before the TT

Yes the BMW is very nice but nothing like screaming to 9K(depending on the year) in the S2K
