Back in the day I owned a 2001 V6 mustang as a daily driver. It was good for getting around rather than driving the formula WS6
Well A guy I knew would always rag on me to bring my V6 down and race his GTP. He had some basic things done to his GTP, different pulley, tuned, exhaust and some other basic bolt ons.
My V6 mustang was not heavily modded: MAC short through shifter, MAC cat back exhaust, 2 stage tuned Ford chip, under drive pulley, Cold Air kit, NX wet kit spraying a 50 shot.
We lineup..I win....he is confused and seemingly upset. He gets back to me a few days later on a local car board, says he wants to take another go at it. So before the next race I up the shot to 75 and this time spray the nitrous while still in first gear unlike the first time when I waited till second. just to drive home the point a bit more. After he lost the second time he was still a bit upset and still confused, I showed him the tank in the trunk, and he felt a tad better.
I thought he would have figured it out when i sprayed the purge solinoid before we started....
