Couple months back I went to the track and ran a ****ty 14.6 in 105° degree weather and only 10° of timing due to a knocking issue on a zzp box tune. When I got home my sisters friend and her b/f were at my place. Sister asked him if he wanted to run me and I just stated "I wouldn't even waste the gas unless you're putting money on it" He got all butt hurt and asked what I ran at the track. Told him what and he's like "That's ****in slow" He has a 5-speed 3.9l 40th anni. Mustang. **** didn't even have a spoiler.. Not sure if he even knows what fast feels like. Overhear him say he does 10sec 1/4s. I'm just like ?!?! Doubt that **** would even do that in the 1/8. Maybe 12 sec 1/8th and 17sec 1/4 if he's lucky haha. Well he refused to put any money on it so I just went about my business. When they left he tried to leave all hard, dumping the clutch and the **** couldn't even chirp the tires.

Well finally got him to run after lots of trash talking on my behalf hoping he would bite. Shows up at my house like he's on a mission to shut down the grandma car. Go around the corner to an abandoned airforce base/warehouse trucking area. Good 3 miles of straight road. Have him honk it off and decided to **** with him a bit. We take off and i'm just giving it enough gas to stay with him, torwards the end giving him a nose or a car. This way he can get a bit more confidence to run again haha. So I shout out the window "Things fast! Want to run one more time?" He just gives me that cocky laugh.

2nd run is on the way back to my place. Once again having him honk it off. This time I power brake to 2000rpms. Launch hard on him, and within seconds i've got an easy 2-3 buslengths on him. Head back to my place and wait outside for him..... He never came back hahaha. Guess he's having issues with his clutch according to my sis (who also knows he's full of ****) funny how his clutch was fine that first run :/ So much fail. Mustang owners make me laugh.

    Anyhow, that's my story

So, an m90 V6 w/mods out ran a NA non modded V6. Wow.

Granted the kid from the statements given doesn't have any experiance and deserves to learn a lesson.

I KNOW!!!! Isn't it insane! Learn how to read, it wasn't a dick measuring contest. Just puting him in his place. Makes you feel better, My buddies 5-speed 1.8 sentra with nothing but headers and a QR25 (SE-R) throttle body walked the same dude by atleast a car

Take your own advice and look at the 2nd sentence in my post. If we made a post about every slow car we out ran there wouldn't be a point in having this part of the forum.

Cocky kids with slow cars deserve to be put in there place. I wouldn't have the patience to mess with him like you did in the first race i would of just crushed him right away. Way to get his hopes up and then crush him haha

Unfortunately cocky guys with fast cars need to be put in there place too unfortunately the grand prix needs a lot more work done in order to do that. Kind of like a cocky fu^k with the parent bought 5.7l GTO...took me by 3 car length in the quarter *sigh* lol off the line that we were dead even if it weren't a manual I would of had a better chance.

But still nice kill and way to mess with him

saying he ran a 10sec quarter... you don't even have to know anything about cars to know that's bullsh!t lol. that's downright ricey. i would have run him right then and there, no matter what car i had.
