Where did I say the words were interchangable? In that context both words fit. You are putting words in my mouth. Would you like me to provide some examples of this?

I never even hinted that both words mean the same thing, I don't see how you could even come to that conclusion. Maybe you need some "reading comprehension" classes instead.
