    So my friend just got a 98 Prelude 5sp no mods at all just HIDs and he claims it's faster. Now my question is probably a stupid one but eh: is my friend full of sh*t or can the Vtech get me ?

    full of sh*t. h22's r good and all but no torque.
    3.4 pulley, 3" catless dp (ubend deleted), 3" exhaust split to 2.5 dynomax mufflers (no res), zzp plog, 4" spectre intake, alt rewire, under/overdrive pulleys, intense pcm, 3/4" zzp tb spacer, al 104's, 180* stat, msd coils/8.5mm wires, heatwrapped crossover, flipped db's, optima red top, sunpro st boost gauge: boosting 11lbs.

    raced my brother in his 01 auto prelude at cecil county dragway when i was s/c and had a 3.3" i think pulley on with supporting mods. he got a 16.xx to my 13.7x pass ;-)

    There was a bone stock H22 with a DAMN good driver at KCIR one night...first run was a 16.2 and eventually knocked it down to a 15.4 or 15.6 with no air filter and dropped catback...

    well a 3800 lb 4 cyl na car runnin a 15.2 stock is pretty good.
    3.4 pulley, 3" catless dp (ubend deleted), 3" exhaust split to 2.5 dynomax mufflers (no res), zzp plog, 4" spectre intake, alt rewire, under/overdrive pulleys, intense pcm, 3/4" zzp tb spacer, al 104's, 180* stat, msd coils/8.5mm wires, heatwrapped crossover, flipped db's, optima red top, sunpro st boost gauge: boosting 11lbs.

    well the other night on pass time i witnessed a proline built TT 10.5 outlaw stang go 7.47 and it was pretty rediculous
