So first off I got my e2160 (1.8GHz) to 3.46GHz on just a tad over 1.5v.
Better yet it is stable at 2.8GHz and 1.26v*
*(think of this as your gtp running 9psi of boost at 14.7:1 a/f)

This morning I took the gtp out with a base tune and it ran awesome. I had a clogged coolant passage cleaned when I (by I, I mean Travis) installed the SS intercooler setup on Sunday.

Then I had a college class that all I had to do was hand in a project (no class).

Then the real good stuff started. I had gotten one maf tune on the car and reconfigured my shift points and tcc lock up rpms when I get beside a Tiberon at a light. I thought he was turning, but he wasn't. Well off the light I was ready to go because I wanted to see how my new shift point felt (set at 5700) and the gtp roared up to 5900rpm before completing the shift. It felt great and I was happy. But now I look in my mirror (its only 1 lane now) and the Tiberon is starting to try to go around me! hahaha It's on. I went WOT and stopped his little pull instantly, 40-70 GTP 1 Tiberon 0

Now I pull over to turn around and the Tiberon stops beside me to talk... ok... He proceed to tell me that he doesn't have much in the middle of second because it is only a 4 speed, and that he is pretty sure he can take me for a dig. I proceed to my @$$ off and manage to explain that I just spin in first gear and he has no chance, and by the way I do 52 in 1st gear and 100 in second, I don't think the "bad gears" excuse is a good one to use on me.

So we go from a 20 roll with him going on his own 2nd (not 3rd!) honk. I went on the 3rd honk and again started laughing because even though he jumped he never even had a chance to pull away because by the top of 1st he was at my back wheel and going backwards quickly. GTP 2 Tiberon 0

Now we are back in town at a light (behind other traffic) and he tells me he is going turbo soon and I should find him after that! I said geez a turbo?! You are going to need some serious mods to run a turbo setup. He replies yeah my buddies and I are gunna do it. I'm like yeah cool good luck. Cya

Next I drive some more getting things all settled out enjoying my ic'ed and cleaned out coolant passage car... When I end up at a light with an old Mustang 2! It has at least 55hp in stickers and a chopped off exhaust and even a stock LX 2.3L Turbo badge! All I can think is wow I'm glad that isn't my car. Light goes green and I take off normal just pacing exactly beside the stang, 3/4 way across the intersection he goes wot and I follow suit. Another 20mph roll race and at 45 I had about a 1/4 car lead (even with his tiny jump) and I was pulling away. He let off and I gave him a thumps up farther up in traffic. Awesome. Now if only I had found a g/f today... 2hours and 10min left in today though...

    Verdict:
SS ic ftw (leaned out is nice)

No fair! oookkkk I suppose. But I gotta warn you my car is only fast in 1st gear and its only a 4 speed so the middle of second isn't very strong (dang I feel like I've heard that before...)
