Oh this has been one hell of a read. Really puts the original post in a proper light.
Seriously man, I'm the first one to tell someone do what you like. But while your opinion is that your car looks great, other's opinion is going to be that it looks like crap. Some people don't like the ghost flames on my car...most say they love them...but the important thing is I love the way my car looks.
Oh, and about driving something that reflects you, I agree totally. My car is understated. No one has ever thought it was as fast as it is. Looks very plain until you race against it. Then if you take a closer look you see the little things...the flames, the bigger brakes, the exhaust, the lowering kit...and they realize there is more to it than they first thought. That sums me up too.
Right now, your car says to me there is a lot of flash and misplaced sense of style being masqueraded as originality but not much go behind it. I certainly hope that isn't a reflection of you.
