You are ignorant, idiotic, and you have no basic comprehension. Ricers are not just cars with body kits and wings. Ricers are cars that people have poured their very bad taste in looks into and yet they are not remotely able to mechanically back up their looks.
If I see this driving down the road, I'll laugh because it looks like a ricer
But if it turns out he's putting 300+ hp to the wheels and has a really great setup on the engine, then he is not a ricer. He has poor taste in looks, but its not a ricer.
