Ok, this isn't a kill story yet. Hopefully soon. I have a 2004 gp gtp comp.g. here's my list of mods.............................................. . That big az space pretty much means its bone stock. The only thing I'm adding is a fwi this weekend. The spec v is stock, only thing it has is an intake. (Its a manual also). The scion is bone stock also, just performance tires. They both wanna race me. I don't know the specs on either one of these cars. The spec is a 2002, the scion is a 08. Also I just bought my car in december. It was owned by one of the mechanics at the pontiac dealership who traded it for a G8. the car is superclean ( I know apprearance doesn't mean much, but you can tell he took care of the car) and very solid (I always dodge bumbs but on occasion I miss and hit one, but no rattles what so ever, very solid car. ) so do you guys think I can win the races? Ill do it for shyts and giggles, but damit I wanna win. Please give me ur feedback! Thanx in advance.

Winning should not be a problem. I ran one of those Spec V's at the track in my Lincoln...the guy could barely break into the 15's.

I'm in the car right this second and got a kill. Well my wife just got one. Early 2000 buick. Lol. Can't think of the name of it. They tried to do a flyby and when the car got closer I told my wife " wait for it, wait for it, wait for ittttttt, ( soon as our mirrors pretty much lined up I said go, punch it now!" She did it and they pulled ahead (of course they already had it floored I can tell) we drew back to about their rear bumper and we quickly pulled away. They were gaining on us fast too. Lol. Go lovamuffin!!! Lol (her nick name) she's all happy. She sais " hi forum people!!! I kicked his azz" I promised her I would type that

The SpecV is just a 2.5 liter 4 banger...makes about 180 to the crank IIRC, not bad numbers for a N/A 4 cylinder...

Same with the TC, 4banger but deff. has some kick to it, I think my brother said he gets 180 too, probably because that car is so light. Only problem with that is they used cheap plastic to make it light, sometimes his trunk lid bends with his hand when he goes to open it lol.

Eh I'm tellin ya I've personally raced a tc and there slow as poop. After I beat him I was wonderin why I got him so bad so I got online to check em out. I ended up at a toyota/scion forum website and all the guys on there brag about their cars. Many of them have swapped on a supercharger from trd and still barely managed a mid 15 quarter mile. Not very quick

Kick...as in a kick in the ass when a D series Honda beats you right? I drove a manumatic one a few years ago when I was looking for cars and the throttle response felt like molasses...it was so slow...then it has that Toyota VVT-i crap...from idle to about 4500 it was a utter turd...and you would feel the VVT-i kick in around 5 grand and pull you the rest of the way to about 6800...still slooooooooooow. For the money they want for em, I'll buy a '95 Civic hatch and swap in a B-Series motor for the same money, if not less and go twice as fast

Lolol. Ok, heads up it is. Its a long enough strip for us to get close to 100mph. It was supposed to be this weekend but it got pushed back. (Not becuz of me, I'm ready!) And I beat the scion all ready. U guys where right. It was pretty pittiful. He sais"man what do u feed that thing?" I said "completely stock kibbles and bits, with a premium gas side" lol. It was reallllllllly bad loss for the scion geeze.
