These are going on a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP 40th anniversary like the one pictured below. They have the same wheels as in the picture currently but the chrome is coming off and the corrosion in some of the valve stem holes is making the valve stems leak. I'm wanting to stick with a Pontiac OEM wheel the same size. I'm kind of partial to the polished 5 spoke wheel (second wheel down) but my wife prefers the painted version of the same wheel (third wheel down)

Also, how much do you think it would cost to have my old wheels cleaned and hard chromed? I'd like to fix my car up some day and kind of restore it

    Thanks

caddys have the same lug pattern too. i got a set of STS wheels on my car.

herea link, http://www.roadkillcustoms.com/hot-r...udSpreadMM=115 all factory chars with the same wheel. you just google the cars and see what they had to offer. how i ended up with the sts wheels.

16's are too small in my opinion. 18's look like they fit better. But from the list you posted, I'd go with '97, '98 GTP wheels. Number 5.

You prefer the painted over the polished? Any reason why?

the better question is, have you ever ridden in a car with 18's? i got 17's with snow tires, the ride quality sucks donkey balls.

my winter wheels are black, and i hate the look on my all black car, like the chrome better. winter wheels need to be dipped silver or something lighter.

some cars look good with painted or color matched wheels, some look better chrome. its up to your taste and what you find out there really.
