Potenza are Bridgestone right? Here is the thing my two back tires are scalloping, sounds like a jet flying over my car. Two front ones are Michelin and they been replaced two years ago and they have plenty of thread left. At the time didn't had to replace the back ones until now. Either I try to find the same Micheline harmony tires as they are discontinued or replace with all new.

It has all been taking care of, new shocks all around and new stabilizer bar and new inner tie rods on the front. I can get the same two Micheline tires new, should I stick with those or get all new.

Just get two Defenders. Just don't mix the tires on the same axle.

The speed rating is a V and I know the higher the letter the faster it is but does that also mean the louder it is? Looking at the links I think overall result is not bad for the price im paying, they were 150 on sale for 113 so either I keep them when they come in or return them. I just want the thread to wear out fast but according to goodyear site they guarantee 80K.

I'm not saying they're easy to burst, I'm saying they're soft so they tend to wallow a little bit more in corners than other tires. Soft sidewalls also contributes to a more forgiving ride and better fuel economy.

I'd also like to state that all companies can and have made a bad tire at one time.

Okay its between the Michelin Defenders or Primacy, Primacy I can get them for $30 dollars more, its more quieter on the road however Defender is rated 140K vs 100K. Any suggestions?

To me, it'd be worth the $30. I value the quiet, especially at highway speed during longer trips. If you do mostly highway, you might very well appreciate it as well.

I think you would be fine with defenders, I know all the michelin tires I've used before (agility touring on my car and suv tires on my brothers explorer) have been amazing in terms of noise. Read TireRack reviews on them and decide.

Will you put anywhere near that on the car in the next 3-5 years? The tires will be rock hard and in need of replacement by then, regardless of the tread depth left.

Will double check the price when I go and get them installed but if it's only 30 dollars more I might, however I don't drive alot on highways for a long time, it's the other car.

In simple terms Defenders should be a fine DD tire, Primacy would be better if you tend to drive more agressively.
