18x9 2003 Cobra R's. Will they fit ok or do you think they would stick out to far? They have tires on them 245/40 is the profile on these to low?
Thanks.

for a normal setup, too wide and too low of offset. some people think they look aggressive and good, but those people drink the wrong kool-ade.
for them to fit right you'll need to be lowered, fenders rolled, and a little camber to tuck them a little nicer.
the tires will help them fitting, but might get you some more fender gap because they are shorter than what they're supposed to be (245/45s neede for 18s to be 'stock' height).

If you were to go to the Tires/Wheels section, and search for Cobra, you'd arrive here. Been asked alot, some like the look some don't. Look through a couple of these, most have nice shots to give you an idea.
^^^ Chrome version. Wide, pushed to the limit for the fenders, with some work they look good IMO.
The offset should be on the back of the wheel I would suspect. Usually they put all the info there. Someone told me to look on the back of my Bullitts to find out the offset and whatnot except they were so crudded up I couldnt even read it. If they are aftermarket you should be alright though.
Still waiting to here from him about the offset. He did say they were on a 94 & 08 mustang and did not rub. The 08's need similar offset as GP's don't they?
its gonna be +24. i dont remember ever seeing cobras in a different offset, unless they were even wider.
Jeez, those look awful on that car.
front wheels will still stick out ridiculous ammount.
trying to copy me eh?
Huh? No actually I saw someone on here with 04+ base 16" rims that looked really good in white. Maybe I will just go with whitewalls instead to break up the all black lol.
Seriously though I have never been a fan of black rims in black tires without a chrome lip or something to break it up, hence possibly putting on a white stripe.
