Sooo, all this time it was a damn injector making your car run like crap? Are you saying that thing finally runs like a normal car, now? If so, your post count is going to suffer heavily, lol.

No the injector was fine before (held 50+psi for over 4 hours) I removed the supercharger then when I put everything back together it was stuck open. It would not even allow the engine to turn over (hydrolocked) until the fuel in the cylinder leaked past the rings and into the pan then I would try again. I know I make these posts long, but it is to get all the information out there. Today's kids are all TL;DR and they skip all the important **** either that or reading comprehension is seriously lacking.

The car runs exactly as it did before. Perfect except not going into boost (.2-.3psi) . I am going to update the original thread that went dead after giving all the information I had at the time. One thing is since I changed from an 05' computer (which always went dead lean before) to the 04' computer goes dead rich and I still have 15* of timing under full throttle. Anything that has to do with the bypass has been check and is functioning correctly. The PCM is not liking something though.

That's what makes no sense. What could possibly prevent boost? Boost solenoid, huge vac leak, major belt slip, or your blower is FUBAR. It has to be one of those. Right?

Yup would think. New SC, boost solenoid, both were 3.8" pulleys and I tried belt conditioner on it one time still no boost. Different boost solenoids. The old Blower was resealed with RTV no gasket and when I took it off it was the perfect amount of RTV. Put the new one on the same way. That's why I'm su frustrated, I have literally looked at everything. I sent Scotty pics of all the vacuum tubing yesterday in Chat. I even went so far as to use tywraps and a tywrap gun to make sure everything is sealed and even connected to the manifold outlet with a hand vacuum pump and held 25". I'm going to revive that old post about the WOT and detail all the things I have checked and tried it's a loooong list.

Yeah, I kinda didn't feel like reading the entire pissing contest, lol. Guessing there's no local '04+ guys that could swap tb's with you to eliminate the dbw garbage as a problem? I really hate that dbw, you can have your foot to the floor, but the pcm still decides if that tb blade should be all the way open or not. Even if you tune it to have full control, it could still malfunction and cause issues like this.

I'm not real fond of being called a lair that's for sure. The only local is a GXP. I've already cleaned the TB and then had the wife step on it to confirm WOT. But that doesn't mean that the computer does what I tell it to when I press it. Something is keeping it from going into boost. I did confirm that befor the 04 PCM swap that the boost sol was opening the bypass then disconnected it but still wouldn't go into boost so that left me with commanded throttle and actual throttle not matching up. But since I changed to an earlier PCM it doesn't have the functions the 05 did. Kinda determined the 05 has a bad tune. I'll do a write up when I can get all the timelines right and don't leave out anything. Had several different problems that's why I made so many threads. Knock sensor, then the 3.8 SC board doesn't try as much traffic and so I switched to tech. With the old PCM if I did a WOT run I would end up in reduced power mode and trip a 0068 and a O2 low, well it was going dead lean so the low O2 makes sense. With the 04 change its never happened again.

confirm the part numbers on your MAP sensors as being 2 bar SC sensors. its also likely that the 04 PCM may well be a 1 bar "NA" bin file, which wont recognize or report positive manifold pressure of 105kpa....
....unless your "boost" readings are from a mechanical gauge...then id say its possibly a mechanical issue or as ive seen a few times with gen5's that the gasket is "trimmed" improperly and the manifold air is able to exit via one of the PCV paths to vent the manifold pressure to the inlet side of the blower (through pcv passage or fresh air passage.

Sorry, I should have updated this post. Thanks to Ole-Bill-Juan-Kenobi he spotted a Faulty Ford Checkvalve leading out of the manifold which was causing the vacuum to work just fine until I got to 0 then it would shut off sometimes which explains why I would see 5psi for a while then drop to 0 again. When I got the car one of the first things I did after plugs and wires and switching out the 3.4" pulley to a 3.6" then to a 3.8" when one became available, was to go through all the vacuum lines and use Ty wraps to secure them just in case. I checked the Checkvalve at that time and thought it was a filter since it didn't seem to close off at the time. I ended up pulling it and checking after he asked and wanted to see pressure on the gauge so I put 20psi in a tank and had my wife watch and she said it barely showed 5 psi I knew somethig was up so I blew into it and it snapped shut. I replaced it with a F fitting and everything is all good. The demons have been exorcized, and all is right with the world again. It will make 9psi at night and I went through a lot of extra work for nothing, but only having the car since late April I've picked up some extra parts for prototyping and so it's pretty much worked out. I was on a steep learning curve especially since I had several trips during that time. The 05' computer and 04' computer are a lot different as the 04' never gave me the the P0068 but now everything makes perfect sense.
