I'm 26 and considered the "younger generation" but I'm not simply because I was raised by my grandparents. They were old school strict as hell and thank god because I would be the OP if they didn't raise me lol

Ya, I use the term "younger generation", but know 100% aren't all bad. In fact, I hired a 20 year old to work on my team here at the office; he may be 20, but acts much older. Him, you and the few others are the exception to the rule.
